A month ago, I telephoned your shop got the answering service. I left a message. Withing 15 minutes, I received a call back from customer service worker, Shireen. She was quick to inform me about my purchasing/installation of a new toilet at my residence.
She explained about purchasing the product through the company verses my own purchase and differences in warranties/guaranties of product.
It was helpful that Shireen emailed me the product's drawing with dimensions. She took my numerous phone calls and emails with questions I had, i.e. water save, trap size, and color of new toilet, measurements, and plumbing issues. Shireen responded with a good amount of knowledge and she was able to answer my concerns.
Due to lack of space in my bathroom, I located a perfect new toilet to fit. I phoned Shireen to confirm a date of installation.
On July 6th, your service technician showed up on time and he was very courteous to me. He went straight to work - removed the old toilet and he expertly installed the new one. He didn't have much space to work in, but somehow finished the job in a short time. I'm glad the plumber hauled the old toilet away, so that I , as a senior citizen didn't have to bother with the disposal of it. The new toilet works great! Labor cost was reasonable.
I would definitely recommend Kevin Scott Plumbing & Heating, Inc. to my family and friends. Keep up the GREAT WORK!

A person answered the phone, not an answering machine. She called back the same day to make an appointment. Your man showed up promptly at the appointed day and time. He did a competent, clean job. Your office followed up with a call to verify that we are satisfied. And then you sent a note "We appreciate your business!"
